    Shelf life of surround dope....

    Hi all,

I have a bottle of surround dope that I bought about 3 years ago from GPA. I used what I needed back then and there is a lot left in the bottle. I just checked the stuff and it appears to still be good.

Logic says that if it stays "tacky" on a speaker surround for 30+ years then it should stay good in a sealed plastic bottle forever!
I do not at the moment need to use it....but is there a known shelf life on this stuff?

    Russ

Don't throw it away. If for some reason it's unusable the next time you need it, you'll know it.
